I saw the ad for a 30 day trial supply to try Lifecell for just the cost of shipping, which was just $4.95. I decided to try the product and gave them my credit card info for the shipping cost. I received an alert from my credit card company via email a short while later notifying me of the charge, but not only did I get a charge of $4.95, but there was a charge for $189.00. I immediately called Lifecell and asked them about this charge. I was told that I would receive the $189.00 back if I returned the product within 90 days. Well after using it for over two months as instructed, I didn't notice anything different so I returned the product. Today is August 4, 2015 and I called Lifecell again to ask when would I receive my refund. The customer service rep that I spoke to told me that they "attempted" to refund my $189.00 on June 26, 2015, but my credit card would not accept it. Now I had to ask this question, If you tried to refund my money but my card would not accept and its been almost 45 days, why wouldn't someone call or send me an email to let me know this. I guess they think I would forget about my money that they took under false advertising and they would just keep it. Now the CSR told me I should receive my refund in 3-5 days, well I will wait 3-5 days to see and if not I won't just let them have my money. Believe that!!!! (Will update)

Very Unsatisfied Customer!!!

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

sounds like someone didn't read the fine print about being charged the full cost that would be refunded if canceled/returned within their trial time.

many companies aredoing this now to protect themselves from people just wanting their product for next to nothing.

they HAVE to put it in their fine print or they'd be opening up themselves to a lawsuit.

I suggest next time you buy a "free trial" product you actually read the fine print, if you can't or are unable to read it get someone who can and you'll save yourself the headache.

I've never had an issue with free trials as long as I call and cancel at least a week before trial is up and cancel. Never had a problem canceling.

However they do try to offer other discounts or other monthly offers for cheaper but if your truly canceling don't agree to any just let them know your no longer untested and they will cancel and you won't receive a charge. I've done many free offers and that's just how I do things to avoid being put on the monthly order programs.
